Corrosion protection for tubing OD - replacement for cadmium plating

A proprietary process applies a copper sheath around tubing OD, providing corrosion protection when cooling water quality is poor. This process replaces the obsolete cadmium plating process. The copper sheath provides a nominal .063” (1.6mm) layer up to each tube end thread relief. Copper is applied in a manner that will provide excellent thermal transfer for the long term.
