Heat exchangers for rapid, even cooling in the toughest environments

KMT heat exchangers are designed and fabricated according to your specifications. Standard high pressure inner tube materials are used in large outside diameters for rapid cooling in varied environments. Integral jackets up to 8” / 200mm pipe size in carbon steel and stainless steel are available.

Nozzle connection types and orientations are varied to fit the installation.

Materials can be supplied or sourced by KMT. Arrangements can be made to store excess tubing for future needs.

Copper cladding is available when high quality cooling water is not available. This process provides for a thin copper shield over the exposed outside surfaces of the inner HP tube, essentially eliminating corrosion concerns.

Finished jacketed tubes are mounted on heavy structural steel frames in free standing or wall mounted designs. Optional frame surface finish options include primer coat only, finish painted, or galvanized. Special consideration is given to vibration harmonics in the design of tube supports and mounting frames.
